UNSTUCK:

An IFS-Informed Group for Adults with ADHD

The next cohort will begin once enough participants have joined the interest list.

Virtual • 8 Weeks • Illinois • Adults • $60/session

Feel overwhelmed or ashamed when you can’t do the thing?

This group isn’t about pushing productivity; it’s about getting out of shame and shutdown and back into self-trust & choice.

Together we will:

  • understand how your ADHD nervous system works

  • notice and befriend the parts of you who show up when ADHD makes everyday life harder

  • identify personalized supports that make life more doable

  • practice taking the next small step with less shame

Each week includes brief teaching, guided reflection, shared discussion, and one gentle between-session experiment. You’ll also receive a written summary after every meeting.

Facilitated by Lirone Losoff, ALMFT, IFS Level 3–trained therapist specializing in ADHD and parts work.
