Lirone Losoff, ALMFT

You might look like you have it together on the outside—but internally, it feels more complicated. Maybe you’re carrying old wounds from your family, navigating anxiety or burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift. Maybe you’ve done all the things—read the books, gone to therapy, tried to meditate—and still find yourself wondering why you don’t feel more at ease.

I work with individuals, couples, families, and other relationship systems navigating disconnection, conflict, or the protective walls that can arise when old pain gets stirred. Together, we explore how to shift patterns that no longer serve and move toward more connected, intentional relationships—including the one you have with yourself.

I’m Level 3 trained in IFS and trained in IFIO, the relational model of IFS. In our work, we’ll meet what’s happening in your day-to-day and use it as a doorway to deeper healing.

My therapeutic philosophy:

My style is intuitive, collaborative, and grounded in parts work, relational healing, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about creating space for deeper connection: within yourself, and in the relationships that matter most. Whether we’re exploring your inner system or the dynamic between partners or family members, this work makes room for the parts that have felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood.

I don’t see people as problems to be solved—I see the protective strategies that helped you survive, and the possibilities that emerge when those inner experiences are truly met. Our work together is a process of loosening stuck patterns, building emotional resilience, mutual understanding, and steadier connection, and moving toward more intentional, connected ways of relating—to yourself and to others. This kind of healing ripples outward: into your choices, your relationships, and your sense of what's possible.

My promise to you

I will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect for all parts of you—including the ones that feel messy, guarded, or unsure about being here. I believe that lasting change doesn’t come from forcing progress—it comes from feeling deeply understood, at your own pace. Whether we’re exploring your internal world or your relationships, I’ll hold space for your complexity, your agency, and your capacity to heal.

Clinical and Research Experience

Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years working across healthcare, finance, and organizational consulting—experience that shaped how I understand systems, power dynamics, and the emotional toll of high-performance environments. Alongside my clinical work, I founded a neuroinclusion consulting practice focused on creating systems where all minds can thrive.
