Together we will:
understand how your ADHD nervous system works
notice and befriend the parts that show up when ADHD makes everyday life harder
identify personalized supports that make life more doable
practice taking the next small step with less shame
Each week includes brief teaching, guided reflection, shared discussion, and one gentle between-session experiment. You’ll also receive a written summary after every meeting.
