IFS & ADHD Consult Group

Introducing the NPHF Framework — a new, IFS-informed way to map ADHD nervous-system drivers and the protective urges they activate

Mondays 2:00–3:30pm CST | March 23 – May 11, 2026

Virtual • 8 Weeks • Limited to 6 participants • $80/session

This is a clinician consultation and learning space grounded in IFS and informed by ADHD neurocognitive and nervous-system realities.

This group introduces and applies the NPHF framework, a new IFS-informed, neurodiversity-affirming model developed by Lirone Losoff to help clinicians make sense of ADHD-related stuck patterns and protector cycles without pathologizing clients.

You’ll learn and practice using the NPHF framework to:

  • Conceptualize ADHD presentations through an IFS lens

  • Understand why certain protector strategies show up repeatedly with ADHD clients

  • Reduce protector backlash and internal polarization

  • Scaffold access to Self when capacity is limited

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer way to conceptualize ADHD through both nervous-system states and parts dynamics

  • Language that reduces shame and increases client buy-in

  • Concrete mapping tools and psychoeducation you can use right away

  • Greater ease staying inside IFS when nervous-system constraints are present

  • A growing personal library of ADHD-informed IFS interventions

Facilitated by Lirone Losoff, ALMFT, IFS Level 3–trained therapist specializing in ADHD and parts work.
