IFS & ADHD Consult Group
Introducing the NPHF Framework — a new, IFS-informed way to map ADHD nervous-system drivers and the protective urges they activate
Mondays 2:00–3:30pm CST | March 23 – May 11, 2026
Virtual • 8 Weeks • Limited to 6 participants • $80/session
This is a clinician consultation and learning space grounded in IFS and informed by ADHD neurocognitive and nervous-system realities.
This group introduces and applies the NPHF framework, a new IFS-informed, neurodiversity-affirming model developed by Lirone Losoff to help clinicians make sense of ADHD-related stuck patterns and protector cycles without pathologizing clients.
You’ll learn and practice using the NPHF framework to:
Conceptualize ADHD presentations through an IFS lens
Understand why certain protector strategies show up repeatedly with ADHD clients
Reduce protector backlash and internal polarization
Scaffold access to Self when capacity is limited
You’ll leave with:
A clearer way to conceptualize ADHD through both nervous-system states and parts dynamics
Language that reduces shame and increases client buy-in
Concrete mapping tools and psychoeducation you can use right away
Greater ease staying inside IFS when nervous-system constraints are present
A growing personal library of ADHD-informed IFS interventions
Facilitated by Lirone Losoff, ALMFT, IFS Level 3–trained therapist specializing in ADHD and parts work.
